Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation’s (Mumbai) Terms & Conditions.
By joining or participating in any activity of Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation, you agree to the following terms:
1. Voluntary Association
Membership and volunteering with the Foundation are purely voluntary. This association does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or contractual relationship.
2. No Financial Claim
Members and volunteers are not entitled to any salary, stipend, honorarium, or financial benefit unless expressly approved in writing by the Foundation.
3. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to act ethically, lawfully, and respectfully. Any misconduct or behavior damaging the Foundation’s reputation may lead to suspension or termination.
4. Use of Name & Authority
No member is permitted to use the Foundation’s name, logo, or identity, or make public statements or fundraising commitments, without prior written authorization.
5. Participation & Risk
Participation in activities is voluntary and at one’s own discretion. The Foundation shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.
6. Membership Decision
The Foundation reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate membership in accordance with its internal policies.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to courts in Mumbai.
