Our work is guided by compassion, responsibility, and trust (Amanah), with a strong emphasis on transparency, fairness, and confidentiality.

KKF facilitates support services and does not provide direct medical treatment, professional advice, or guarantees of outcomes.

Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers
- All applications are treated as a trust (Amanah) and handled with strict confidentiality.
- Personal information and documents are collected solely for verification and assessment purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
- Assistance is provided only after internal verification and review.
- Maximum financial assistance per case: up to ₹10,000 from KKF’s limited recurring funds, at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
- In rare and exceptional circumstances, additional support may be approved after further verification.
- Financial assistance is non-recurring, to ensure equitable distribution of limited resources.
- Skill development, educational support, or employment guidance do not constitute a guarantee of employment, income, or outcomes.
- KKF members may voluntarily contribute personal funds beyond ₹10,000 for beneficiaries they personally refer; such contributions are earmarked exclusively for that specific case and do not form part of KKF’s general funds.
- The Foundation reserves full discretion in approving, modifying, or rejecting applications. All decisions of the review committee are final and binding.
Donations Disclaimer
Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation accepts donations strictly on a voluntary basis to support its charitable objectives.
- Donations are non-refundable and do not create any legal right, claim, or entitlement for the donor or any third party.
- All donations are utilized at the sole discretion of the Foundation, based on need assessment, fund availability, and internal approvals.
- KKF does not guarantee that donations will be used for a specific individual or purpose, unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the Foundation.
- Any photographs, case summaries, or impact stories shared are for awareness and transparency purposes only and do not imply obligation or endorsement.
- KKF does not assure specific outcomes, timelines, or results arising from the use of donated funds.
Tax & Regulatory Note
- Donations are eligible for tax benefits under Section 80G only if and when such approval is obtained and explicitly communicated by the Foundation.
- KKF does not accept foreign contributions unless compliant with applicable laws, including the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), where required.
Legal & Compliance Notice
Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation is a registered society operating on a charitable and voluntary basis. All assistance and donations are subject to verification, internal assessment, and availability of funds. The Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or future claims arising from assistance provided.
