Membership Structure & Participation Policy
Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation (KKF)

To ensure discipline, accountability, and effective functioning, KKF follows a structured membership system:

1. Membership Categories

Core Team
Responsible for planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives.

Active Members
Members who regularly participate in activities, attend meetings, and take responsibilities.

Supporting Members (Passive)
Members who support occasionally but are not involved in regular activities or decision-making.

2. Participation Guidelines

– Membership category is based on level of involvement and consistency.
– Continuous inactivity may lead to reclassification as a Supporting Member.
– Active participation is required to remain an Active Member.

3. Responsibility & Accountability

– Only Core Team and Active Members are involved in execution and planning.
– Supporting Members do not hold operational roles or voting rights.
– All members are expected to maintain discipline and commitment.

4. Voluntary Transition

Members unable to contribute actively may voluntarily shift to Supporting Member status.

5. Authority

KKF Core Team reserves the right to update or modify membership categories based on participation and organizational needs.

This policy ensures that committed members actively drive the mission of Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation.

This policy will be Effective from 7th April 2026
